The application asks about your child, your family, and what's been on your mind. Write as much or as little as feels right.

Every word. In full. Usually within five business days. We reply in our own voice — never with a template.

If we think there may be a fit, we set up a half-hour conversation. No sales pitch. No script. Just listening.

If we both decide to go forward, we begin the slow work of finding the teacher who will sit with your child each week — the one who has stood in a classroom in your family's first country, and in the one you live in now.
